自体软骨广泛用于鼻整形,但存在卷曲变形、吸收、边缘显露等风险,而自体软骨颗粒可塑性好,便于制备,适用于纠正体积较小的鼻缺陷,因此软骨颗粒在鼻整形中的应用日益增多。本文现就自体软骨颗粒移植鼻整形术中软骨颗粒的制备、软骨颗粒包裹技术、单纯软骨颗粒注射技术及软骨颗粒混合其他物质移植等方面的国内外最新临床研究进展综述如下。

Autologous cartilage grafts are widely used in rhinoplasty, but there are risks such as warping, resorption and graft visibility. Autologous diced cartilage is malleable and easily prepared and is especially suitable for correcting minor nasal defects. Thus the number of cases and the variety of techniques have increased dramatically over the past years. In this paper, recent studies on autologous diced cartilage preparation, diced cartilage wrapped in facia, perichondrium or surgicel, diced cartilage injection with or without some other substances in cartilage grafting rhinoplasty at home and abroad are summarized below.
