氢氟酸因其反应活性高,广泛运用于多种工业领域及日常生活中。小面积氢氟酸烧伤可以致死。它的严重程度决定于接触的部位、面积、氢氟酸浓度及接触时间。及时有效地救治对于氢氟酸烧伤患者的预后至关重要,本文通过查阅文献总结了氢氟酸烧伤的临床表现及其治疗的进展。

Hydrofluoric acid is widely used in various industrial fields and daily life due to its high reactivity. Small areas of hydrofluoric acid burns can be lethal. The severity depends on the location, area, concentration and time of skin contacting hydrofluoric acid. Timely and effective treatment is crucial for the prognosis of patients with hydrofluoric acid burns. This paper summarizes the clinical features, treatment and its progress of hydrofluoric acid burns by extensive reading of the literature.
