图1 大面积烧伤后并发食管黏膜脱落出血患者行切削痂生物敷料覆盖术、清创植皮及取皮术等治疗。A示入院第24天，患者咳嗽后呕吐条索状暗红色血凝块；B、C示经鼻胃镜所见食管中下段黏膜脱落活动性出血，贲门活动性出血，周围黏膜充血水肿；D、E示患者出院前胃镜示食管下段，胃部无明显异常
