以压力性损伤发生机制的Benoit理论框架为依据,结合人体成分分析的原理、技术、应用现状等,探讨人体成分分析法在预测手术获得性压力性损伤(IAPI)发生风险中的应用前景,为高危人群的筛查提供客观、可靠的测量工具及评价指标,为IAPI的风险评估提供新的技术。

On the basis of the Benoit conceptual framework of the mechanism of stress injury, combined with the principle of human body component analysis, technology, application status, etc., the body component method is discussed in predicting the risk of intraoperatively acquired pressure injury (IAPI), to provide objective and reliable measurement tools and evaluation indicators for the screening of high-risk population, and to provide new techniques for risk assessment of IAPI.
