对于腕关节严重毁损患者,腕关节假体置换术是在全腕关节融合术之外,一个保留部分腕关节活动度的替代选择。本文回顾了腕关节假体置换术的发展历程,介绍了既往主要腕关节假体的制作理念及形态,总结了腕关节假体置换术的常见适应证及禁忌证,基于临床实践简要介绍腕关节置换术的实施现状与临床效果。随着对腕关节生物力学认识的发展,腕关节假体设计理念也发生相应变化,并将引导腕关节置换术的发展方向。

For patients suffering from severe wrist joint damage, wrist arthroplasty offers an alternative solution that maintains partial wrist joint mobility, going beyond the limitations of total wrist arthrodesis surgery. This article provides an overview of the evolution of wrist arthroplasty, discussing the design principles and types of major wrist prosthesis developed over the years. It outlines the indications and contraindications, offering a concise summary of the current state and clinical outcomes of wrist arthroplasty based on clinical results. Additionally, prosthesis design concepts change in line with the advancing understanding of wrist joint biomechanics, thereby guiding the future trends and developments in wrist arthroplasty.
