手部在烧烫伤意外中受伤概率高、程度重,且由于医疗资源差异化分布和临床治疗策略的不同,手部烧烫伤在急性期过后,往往伴随瘢痕挛缩,导致手功能障碍,甚至是手畸形。因此,应重视手部烧烫伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的防治。分析手部烧烫伤后不同时期的治疗要点,可为临床工作者提供参考。

In burn and scald accidents, hand injury is highly probable and severe. Due to the different distribution of medical resources and different clinical treatment strategies, scar contracture is often associated with the hand after the acute stage, which leading to hand dysfunction or even hand deformity. Therefore, attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of scar contracture deformity after hand burns and scalds. Analyzing the key points of treatment for different stages of hand burns and scalds, will provide reference for clinical workers.
