目的

评估高爆弹药火器伤致小型猪深部组织缺损动物模型的弹道学及深部组织损伤特点,为该动物模型的建立提供明确的理论依据。

方法

根据弹药量和菱形破片质量的不同将16只巴马小型猪分成2组,致伤后分别测定投射物初速度、伤道深度、伤道入口面积、单位长度伤道容积;伤后6 h伤道深部肌组织病理分析。

结果

相较于其他组,0.234 g大破片,弹药含量为0.5 g进行致伤实验,其致伤部位入口面积(0.66±0.05)cm2,伤道长度(4.5±0.3)cm,单位长度伤道容积(2.11±0.24)cm3,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其病理显示其深部肌肉组织损伤明显,有明显肌纤维变性、坏死,且无骨折及血管损伤发生。

结论

高爆弹药火器伤致深部组织的损伤程度与弹药含量和破片质量相关,此方法建立高爆弹药火器伤致深部组织损伤的动物模型可重复性好,且无骨折及血管损伤发生,适合用于研究高炮弹药的实验动物研究。

Objective

To estimate the characteristics of ballistics and deep soft tissue injury of the animal model of deep tissue defect caused by high explosive ammunition firearm wound in miniature pigs and thus provide a clear theoretical basis for the establishment of the animal model.

Method

Sixteen Bama mini-pigs were divided into four groups according to the load of ammunition and fragment weight. After injury, the initial velocity of fragment and wound depth were measured as well as the entry area volume of wound track. The muscle samples were obtained from wound track for pathological observation.

Result

Compared with other groups, the result showed the average entrance area (0.66±0.05) cm2, wound length (4.5±0.3) cm and unit length of wound tract volume (2.11±0.24) cm3 were caused by large fragment(0.234 g), which was launched by 0.5 g ammunition , there were no significant differences (P>0.05), but the pathological examination showed deep muscle tissue injury, such as obvious muscle fiber degeneration and necrosis, and there was no vascular injury and fracture.

Conclusions

The degree of deep tissue damage caused by high-explosive munitions gunshot wounds was related to ammunition content and fragment weight. By this method, animal model of deep tissue injury had satisfactory repeatability and no fracture and vascular injury, which is suitable for the study of experimental animals with high-explosive ammunition.
