新生儿特重度烧伤治疗一例

图1 患儿男,出生3 d余,电吹风机热风烫伤面积为17%(深Ⅱ度4%,Ⅲ度13%)总体表面积,部位:左上肢、躯干、左下肢及会阴部。A示躯干及左上肢创面,大部分创面为Ⅲ度创面,黑色痂皮覆盖,质硬;B示左下肢创面,为深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度混合创面
图2 患儿伤后第40天和伤后第52天测量创面大小,创面愈合进入生长高峰期,愈合速度快。A示伤后第40天,躯干部创面长度67 mm;B示伤后第40天,躯干部创面宽度60 mm;C示伤后第52天,躯干部创面长度41 mm;D示伤后第52天,躯干部创面宽度40 mm
图3 患儿伤后第84天,创面完全愈合,出院后3个月回访,肢体运动功能正常。A示伤后第84天,创面愈合后躯干及左上肢瘢痕增生、收缩;B示左下肢瘢痕增生、收缩;C示创面愈合出院后3个月随访,躯干瘢痕收缩改善明显;D示创面愈合出院后3个月随伤,左上肢及左下肢运动功能正常
