Breast reconstruction immediately after breast cancer resection can reshape the shape of the breast, restore the second sexual sign of women, benefit the mental health of patients, and increase their self-confidence as women. Human acellular allogeneic dermal matrix (HADM) is a kind of allogeneic acellular allogenic dermal matrix. HADM is a kind of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix material, and its application in immediate breast reconstruction after mastectomy has a positive effect on postoperative results. The human acellular dermal matrix has a strong regenerative ability, which can provide solid tissue support for breast reconstruction based on implants and improve the cosmetic effect after operation. The types of HADM, advantages of clinical application, postoperative complications and new alternative materials were reviewed.
