慢性创面是慢性病、创伤、感染等疾病常见的并发症。近年来,慢性病所致的慢性创面发生率呈逐渐增加趋势,且大部分慢性创面得不到规范治疗,创面长期不愈合,给患者带来巨大痛苦,给社会带来很大负担。此类慢性创面的愈合是一个从凝血、炎症反应、肉芽组织形成(增殖)到塑性的有序过程,任何破坏该过程的因素都会导致创面难以愈合。慢性创面主要治疗依据是TIME原则,治疗方法包括新型敷料的应用、抗生物膜疗法、负压封闭引流、高压氧疗法、生长因子治疗、干细胞疗法等。在治疗慢性创面的同时,要注意慢性原发病的治疗及精神心理干预。

Chronic wound is a common complication of chronic diseases, trauma, infection and other diseases. In recent years, the incidence of chronic wounds caused by chronic diseases is gradually increasing, and most of the chronic wounds cannot be treated properly. The wounds do not heal for a long time, which brings great pain to patients and a great burden to society. The healing of such chronic wounds is an orderly process from coagulation, inflammatory response, granulation tissue formation (proliferation) to plasticity. Any factor that disrupts this process will lead to wound healing difficulty. The treatment of chronic wounds is mainly based on the principle of TIME, and the treatment methods include the application of new dressings, anti-biofilm therapy, vacuum sealing drainage, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, growth factor therapy, stem cell therapy, etc. In the treatment of chronic wounds, attention should be paid to the treatment of chronic primary diseases and psychosocial intervention.
