后踝骨折是一种常见的累及关节面的下肢骨折,可单独发生,但多合并内外踝骨折以及周围组织结构的损伤。后踝骨折多与垂直暴力和运动损伤相关,其多见于闭合性,以损伤部位的疼痛伴活动受限为主要临床表现。近年来,有研究报道累及后踝的踝关节骨折其预后更差,如若新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者并发足踝损伤时,其处理会更加棘手,预后更加难以保证。故本文针对后踝骨折的发生机制、手术指征、手术时机及入路、固定方式和预后进行综述,并且阅读和学习相关文献,对COVID-19并发后踝骨折患者的诊治进行归纳总结,以期为其临床治疗提供相应参考。

Posterior malleolus fracture is a common lower limb fracture involving the articular surface. It can occur alone, but it is often combined with medial and lateral malleolus fracture and injury of surrounding tissue structure. Posterior malleolus fractures are mostly associated with vertical violence and sports injuries, and they are mostly seen in closed cases, with pain at the injury site accompanied by limited movement as the main clinical manifestations. In recent years, some studies have reported that the prognosis of ankle fracture involving the posterior ankle is worse. If COVID-19 patients suffer from foot and ankle injury, the treatment will be more difficult and the prognosis will be more difficult to guarantee. Therefore, in this paper, the occurrence mechanism, surgical indications, surgical timing, approach, fixation and prognosis of posterior ankle fracture were reviewed, and relevant literature was read and studied to summarize the diagnosis and treatment of patients with COVID-19 complicated with foot and ankle injury, in order to provide corresponding reference for the treatment of posterior ankle fracture.
