手指脱套伤是手外科常见且严重的损伤,由于手指解剖结构复杂,其功能和外观均至关重要,因此,重建手术对于手外科医生极具挑战性,尤其是在多个手指皮肤脱套伤或累及手掌、手背部皮肤脱套伤的情况下。其治疗方法主要包括原位再植、皮片移植、带蒂皮瓣或游离皮瓣移植以及联合治疗等,但治疗效果不尽相同。随着显微外科技术的发展,针对不同的手指伤情,出现许多新的技术和方法。本文对手指皮肤脱套伤的各类修复重建方法进行总结,旨在为其临床诊治提供参考。

Finger degloving injury is a common trauma in hand surgery. Its management is a challenge for hand surgeons because of the complexity of finger anatomies and the high demands for reconstruction in terms of appearance and function of fingers, especially in cases involving multiple fingers and partial hand damage. Various techniques for salvaging degloved fingers have been proposed, including replantation, skin grafts, local or free flaps transplantation and combined treatments; however, treatment outcomes remain variable. With the development of microsurgical techniques, many new technologies and methods have emerged to address different finger injuries. This review aims to summarize current knowledge regarding treatment strategies for reconstructing finger degloving injuries, with the objective of identifying optimal treatment modalities.
