目的

探究心理护理对二氧化碳点阵激光联合富血小板血浆皮肤美容效果的影响。

方法

选取淮安市第一人民医院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的60例实施二氧化碳点阵激光联合PRP皮肤美容患者，按随机数字表法分成2组，对照组与研究组各30例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用常规护理加心理护理干预，对比2组并发症发生率、护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及护理满意度。数据比较采用t检验和卡方检验。

结果

心理护理干预后，研究组并发症发生率(16.67%)低于对照组(46.67%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2＝6.372，P<0.05)；研究组SAS、SDS评分[(32.78±5.24)、(31.35±4.31)分]均低于对照组[(50.12±3.16)、(49.57±6.18)分]，差异有统计学意义(t＝-9.546、-8.657，P值均小于0.05)；研究组护理满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2＝5.218，P<0.05)。

结论

于二氧化碳点阵激光联合PRP美容皮肤中实施心理护理，可减少术后并发症发生率，降低患者术后焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高患者护理满意度，具有较好的临床效果。

Objective

To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in carbon dioxide laser combined with platelet rich plasma(PRP) cosmetic skin.

Methods

A total of 60 patients with PRP skin cosmetology were enrolled from September 2018 to September 2019 in our department of the First People′s Hospital of Huai'an. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in study group. The Control Group received routine nursing. The study group received routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The data were compared by t-test and chi-square test.

Results

After psychological nursing intervention, the incidence of complications in the study group (16.67%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (46.67%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.372, P<0.05) , and the scores of SAS and SDS[(32.78±5.24), (31.35±4.31) points] in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(50.12±3.16), (49.57±6.18) points], the differences were statistically significant (t=-9.546, -8.657; P<0.05; with P values below 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (73.33%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.218, P<0.05) .

Conclusion

The application of psychological nursing in the combination of carbon dioxide dot-matrix laser and PRP cosmetology skin can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, patients′ anxiety and depression, and improve patients′ nursing satisfaction.
