Repair strategy of destructive wound

Abstract:

Because of the wide range of injuries, deep degree of injuries, many complications, it is very difficult to repair the damaged wounds. The disability rate, amputation rate and mortality rate are very high. It has always been the difficulty and focus of surgical repair. This article focuses on the definition of destructive wounds, the judgment of injury condition, the application of damage control theory in the treatment of destructive wounds, the repair of wounds in various parts, functional reconstruction, amputation and limb salvage, multidisciplinary cooperation, and the special role of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of destructive wounds. With the continuous progress of modern surgical technology, the repair and reconstruction of damaged wounds have developed rapidly, but there are still many shortcomings and regrets. It is necessary to use modern high-tech technology, intelligent technology and information technology to play a greater role in the repair of destructive wounds in order to perfect the repair of wound.
