Abstract:

Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS) is closely related to apoptosis, and the effect of hydrogen sulfide on ERS can reduce the degree of damage after organ damage, slow down the apoptosis of the corresponding organs, play a certain protective role on the body. Hydrogen sulfide can regulate the expression of microRNA (miRNA), which can block the expression of target messenger RNA (mRNA)-translated proteins, including proteins involved in ERS, which play a crucial role in the progression of ERS to apoptosis. In general, the regulation of the expression of miRNA by hydrogen sulfide can affect the expression of corresponding proteins in cells, thereby affecting the level of ERS in cells, so as to exert a protective effect on the body. This paper summarizes the influence of hydrogen sulfide on ERS through regulating the expression of miRNA by comparing the relevant studies at home and abroad, hydrogen sulfide and miRNA, miRNA and ERS, hydrogen sulfide and ERS respectively, and summarizes its mechanism, providing a theoretical basis for further research on the influence of hydrogen sulfide on ERS.

Key words: Hydrogen sulfide, MicroRNAs, Apoptosis, Endoplasmic reticulum stress
