Abstract:

Acute, chronic, refractory and iatrogenic wounds caused by various factors are very commonn in the clinic, often seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and increasing the burden of economy and social medical resources. With the progress of preparation technology and carrier materials related to cell suspension transplantation, it has the advantages of reducing the area of donor site and clear therapeutic effect, making the treatment of autologous/allogeneic cells applied to skin wounds become the clinical research hotspots of wound repair in recent years. However, there is no uniform standard for cell suspension preparation technology and carrier technology, and some technologies have not been verified by rigorous clinical research. Further clinical research is needed to clarify its efficacy and indications. This article reviewes the research and application of cell suspension transplantation technology in wound repair on the 3 aspects of preparation, transplantation and clinical application of cell suspension, in order to provide reference for clinicians and scientific researchers.
