Biological characteristics and clinical research of Vibrio vulnificus

Abstract

Abstract:

Vibrio vulnificus is a marine related opportunistic, the disease progression of its injection is fatal. By introducing the latest progress in biology and epidemiology of Vibrio vulnificus and summarizing the research progress in virulence factors of Vibrio vulnificus, this paper provides ideas for finally untangling the pathogenic mechanism of Vibrio vulnificus infection. Meanwhile, the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of Vibrio vulnificus infection were systematically described. It also points out the dilemma and future development of diagnosis and treatment of Vibrio vulnificus infection.
