Study on nursing management of artificial airway in severe burn patients

Abstract:

Severe burn especially with severe inhalation injury, due to acute exudation of body fluid, patients can have severe edema of head, face and airway mucosa in the short term. Therefore, the rapid establishment of artificial airway and effective ventilation is one of the important prerequisites for the successful treatment of severe burn patients. In this paper, the complications of artificial airway, airway humidification, atomization inhalation, airbag management, hospital sense prevention and control of severe burn patients at home and abroad were reviewed and 60 years nursing experience of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University was summarized.
