Research progress on the timing and outcome of early ambulation postoperatively in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases

Abstract:

Lumbar degenerative disease has become a common disese in middle-aged and old people, and invalid conservative treatment cases need to choose surgery. But long-term bed is bad for postoperative rehabilitation, and complications increase greatly. With the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept deepening, more and more researchers have accepted early ambulation postoperatively in fields. In this paper, the concept of early ambulation, and the research status of early ambulation after lumbar spine surgery are summarized, for providing a theoretical basis for the practice of early descent after lumbar surgery in patients.
