糖尿病足治疗是全球医疗系统中具有挑战性的问题之一,随着近年来糖尿病及其并发症的年轻化,糖尿病足的发病率出现明显的上升趋势。在过去20年的发展中,负压伤口疗法(NPWT)在处理各种复杂伤口和深部引流中发挥了重要作用,相对于现有的各种外科引流技术而言,NPWT是一项具有革命性进展的全新技术。本文通过复习文献,主要从NPWT的作用及作用机制、NPWT在糖尿病足治疗中的临床运用以及NPWT治疗糖尿病足的有效性进行综述。

The treatment of diabetic foot is one of the challenging problems in the global medical system. With the rejuvenation of diabetes and its complications in recent years, there has been a marked increase in the incidence of diabetic foot. Over the past 20 years of development, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) has played an important role in the management of variety of complex wounds and deep drainage, in contrast to existing surgical drainage techniques, NPWT is a revolutionary new technology. This article reviews the literature, mainly from the role and mechanism of NPWT, NPWT in the treatment of diabetic foot clinical application and the effectiveness of NPWT treatment of diabetic foot.
