Abstract:

Platelet rheological behavior is influenced by many factors, damage is one of the common factors. Damage not only causes the change of the number and structure of platelets, causing platelet adhesion and aggregation, contraction and release reaction. It causes abnormal in terms of microvascular function and microcirculation blood rheology and it causes the tissue and organ blood perfusion decreased. Abnormal platelet rheological behavior can further aggravate the injury, and even induce disseminated intravascular coagulation, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, shock, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, pulmonary embolism, life-threatening. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to further understand the mechanism of injury and to improve the level of treatment of critical illness, to explore the effect of injury on platelet rheological behavior, and to improve the treatment of platelet rheological behavior.
