Application of microcirculation therapy in burn patients

Abstract:

Microcirculation abnormalities exist throughout the course of the burn. The occurrence and development of the burn and its complications are closely related to the microcirculation. It is of great significance to promote burn wounds healing and effective prevention and treatment of burn complications, through knowing the change regularity of burn microcirculation and the proper using of treatment techniques in microcirculation. This paper introduces the common disturbance of microcirculation and microcirculation therapy in burns clinical treatment. It mainly introduces the microcirculation therapy of burn shock, renal lesion and delayed burn wounds healing to provide alternative treatment of burns for clinic.
