Abstract:

To investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide on endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) after tissue injury. It is clear that the endogenous hydrogen sulfide can be produced in the body, and it can affect the physiological mechanism and pathogenesis of various organs and tissues of the body. Recently, domestic and foreign studies have found that endogenous hydrogen sulfide has a certain impact on a variety of tissue damage, it can affect the tissue injury after ERS, resulting in a series of physiological changes, play an significant role on the repair of tissue injury. In this paper, based on the studies of domestic and foreign, the effects of hydrogen sulfide on tissue, such as lungs, blood vessels and myocardium were analyzed. The principles and experimental conclusions of the corresponding experimental design were analyzed. The methods, results and shortcomings of each experiment were compared, and the specific mechanism of hydrogen sulfide on various tissue injuries were summarized. The mechanism of hydrogen sulfide on ESR of several important tissue injuries were summarized, too, and then the effect of hydrogen sulfide on ESR after a variety of different tissue injury was reviewed.
