Abstract:

Low back pain caused by intervertebral disc degeneration seriously affects human life and work. The changes of human life and rest affect the internal circadian rhythm related factors of intervertebral disc, thus affecting the normal physiological activities of intervertebral disc, which may aggravate intervertebral disc degeneration. In this review, the influence of circadian rhythm related factors in the mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration is reviewed, in order to provide a new treatment idea for intervertebral disc degeneration.
