Abstract:

At present, there is no professional standards for nurses in Department of Burns. To better standardize and strengthen the capacity and system construction for nurses in Burn Department, the Burns and Trauma Branch of Chinese Geriatrics Society and Expert Committee of Standardization Construction of Wound Repair Department under Chinese Medical Doctors Association organized famous experts and scholars in the field of burns and trauma to compose the national expert consensus on professional standards for nurses in Burn Department from the terms and definitions, general conditions, professional requirements, skill requirements, training requirements, examinations and assessments, and certification, etc., it is intended for reference of national peers.
