Summary of the treatment in mass burn-trauma combined injury wounded in "8·12" Tianjin port explosion

Abstract:

This article analyzes the comprehensive treatment and curative effect of 31 cases of burn patient′s early rescue in the "8·12" Tianjin port explosion, individualized treatment of the fluid resuscitation for shock resuscitation, early wound treatment, organ function support and nutritional support and summarizes the experience of treatment of mass burn patients of chemical explosion. The results show that effective emergency treatment, correct individualized fluid resuscitation treatment, planned early wound excision and skin grafting and organ function maintenance are the key to the treatment of the batch bulk burn patients.
