Abstract:

Burn pain has always been a difficult problem in the process of treatment and recovery of burn patients. Different types of burn pain have different nature and intensity. As the first choice in clinical treatment of burn pain, Opioids have good analgesic effect, but there are many adverse reactions, drug resistance, addiction and other problems. Flurbiprofen axetil is a widely used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) in clinic. It can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin (PG), decrease the sensitivity of spinal cord and central nervous system, reduce the pain impulse and exert the analgesic effect. Compared with other NSAID, flurbiprofen axetil injection can avoid local irritation of gastric mucosa and other adverse reactions, because it is a lipid microsphere carrier and has the characteristics of targeted treatment, fast onset and long duration of action, the application of preemptive analgesia and multi-mode analgesia in the treatment of burn pain can obviously improve the treatment effect of burn pain and provide a good treatment plan for all kinds of burn pain.
