Abstract:

The incidence of diastolic dysfunction, especially for the heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF), gradually increased in recent years. And approximation with systolic heart failure, each accounted for 50% of the incidence of heart failure and mortality. Severe burn is prone to heart failure due to irritation with ischemic anoxia, inflammation, and many other factors, but the diastolic dysfunction/HFpEF is lack of clinical systemetic research and monitoring. Based on the research in related fields, the authors propose to make a simple summar of diastolic dysfunction/HFpEF related concepts, signs and symptoms, diagnosis and therapy, and put forward severel clinical diagnosis and therapy recommendations combined with the pathophysiological characteristics of severe burns, and hope to cause the attention of clinicians and establish a sound diagnosis and treatment norms.
