History, present and future of microskin grafting

Abstract:

Microskin grafting has been used in China for 33 years, and at present it is still one of the best operation medthods of reparing large area deep burn wounds, especially for patients with full thickness burn wounds more than 80% total boday surface area. This paper retrospected and analysed the invention history, advantages and disadvantages, method improvement of microskin grafting, proposed the realistic meaning and prospected the develement in future of microskin grafting.
