Exploration and consideration on the construction of mobile workstation for wound repair

Abstract:

PKU Care Luzhong Hospital established Burns and Wound Repair Center on the basis of Department of Burns in 2015, and established the first municipal level professional committee of wound repair in Shandong Province. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of the elderly, infirm and inconvenient to move, it started home-based treatment. In 2017, it allocated funds for major topics in the National Union of wound repair experts team and the National Health and Health Committee with the support, the first mobile workstation for wound healing in China was established, and the exploration of the joint development of wound healing department, community medical institutions, nursing homes and families for chronic wound healing and discipline construction was launched. After 3 years of operation, the mobile workstation for wound repair has made some achievements, and has been widely supported by the academic community and local government. It has injected great vitality into the development of the discipline, while encounteres some problems and puzzles, such as the vehicle attributes, configuration standards, the qualification of the visiting staff, policy basis, security issues, how to charge and so on. The author summarizes and analyzes the work in the past 3 years, and believes that the mobile workstation for wound healing has broken through the bottleneck of "the last kilometer" of wound healing. It has a wide range of social needs and good prospects for development, but it needs the coordination and support of the academic senior level and relevant government departments, and the formulation of relevant executive standards, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the workstation.
