Research progress of stromal vascular fraction cells in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer

Abstract:

Stromal vascular fraction cells are heterogeneous cells derived from adipose tissue that have the potential to proliferate, differentiate and paracrine, can promote angiogenesis at the transplantation site, and achieve revascularization and improved blood supply, promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcer. Therefore, stromal vascular fraction cells can be used in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, and have unique advantages and therapeutic value. This article reviews the mechanism of stromal vascular fraction cells in promoting the healing of diabetic foot ulcers, and hope for providing references for clinical research and treatment.
