Abstract:

With the development of society and the improvement of the medical system, the harm caused by chronic wounds such as long course of disease and high disability has gradually attracted people's attention. At present, the treatment means of chronic wounds are not clearly targeted, and the mechanism of their persistence is still not thoroughly studied.Because of its unique perspective, proteomics is expected to be an ideal tool for chronic wound research at this stage. The proteomics system with mass spectrometry as the core has become an important platform to study the mechanism of disease. This article reviews the progress of proteomics in chronic wounds such as diabetic foot, pressure ulcer, radiation and venous ulcer.
