Abstract:

Cell autophagy is the process of decomposing and using lysosomes to decompose and recycle the large molecular substances produced by the cell in the stress state. Autophagy plays a crucial role in cell development and differentiation. The burn wound undergo three periods of inflammation, cell proliferation and tissue remodeling to complete tissue healing. Autophagy plays a role in promoting pathogen clearance, participating in neovascularization, granulation tissue formation, improving keratinization and scar remodeling during burn wound healing. The regulation of autophagy can affect the healing of burn wounds. This review is a review of the progress of autophagy in the healing of burn wounds.
