Research progress of platelet rich plasma in promoting soft tissue injury and repair

Abstract

Abstract:

This article reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign data on the treatment and related research of platelet rich plasma on acute fresh wound, chronic refractory wound, tendon disease and peripheral nerve injury repair, and summarized the research status and progress of platelet rich plasma in promoting soft tissue injury repair. A large number of literature data showed that platelet components in platelet rich plasma could produce many kinds of growth factors after a series of stimulation, and interact with each other to promote the rapid healing of acute and chronic wounds; in the treatment of tendon diseases, the short-term effect on the repair of acute injuries is significant, but the Research on chronic tendon, ligament injury and peripheral nerve injury is relatively small, and its treatment However, there is a lack of support from animal experiments and clinical trials.
