Research progress of blood glucose management in patients with diabetic foot

Abstract:

Diabetic foot is a major global medical, social and economic problem, it is the most common major end point of diabetic complications. There is a high incidence of hyperglycemia in patients with diabetic foot amputation and death, and its treatment is difficult, so good blood glucose management is particularly important in the process of comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot. By sorting out the existing literature and combining with the clinical situation of blood glucose management in patients with diabetic foot, the author analyzes the research progress in this field as follows: patients with diabetic foot can dynamically evaluate their condition and adjust their strategies in time. Omni-directional nursing for patients with diabetic foot from the aspects of blood glucose management, local nursing and health education can improve the quality of blood glucose management and clinical effect. It is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.
