New research progress on the pathological mechanism and treatment of burns complicated with smoke inhalation lung injury

Abstract:

In fire accidents, large-area burn patients are often accompanied by inhalation injury and have a high mortality rate; how to properly handle smoke inhalation resulting in acute lung injury(SI-ALI) has always been a huge challenge for burn apartment medical workers. By reading the published literature on SI-ALI, the author reviewed the current research progress in pathological mechanism and clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, treatment measures of inhalation injury.
