Sudden mass burn is the public health event which causes significant social and economic impacts. The first time after the event, a large number of patients will be transferred to local hospital, however due to a sudden event, many injured and complex and serious wounded condition, hospital needs call a lot of human, financial, and material resources in the shortest possible time, it is inevitable to cause the disorder.This article summarizes the management and organizations in the treatment of burn patients in batches, including keeping respiratory tract unobstructed, maintain effective breathing, rapid establishment of the principle of emergency nursing of venous pathway; rapid treatment of wound; arrange; reasonable diversion and transfer and formulated the strategy to improve the treatment efficiency, control the nosocomial infection and the strategy of medical security, which supplys the experience for future work.
