Current status and prospect of microskin grafting

Abstract:

Microskin grafting suppled an effective solution to the problem of lack of autologous skin, and at present it is still one of the main operation medthods of reparing large area burn wounds. This paper summarized the present research at home and abroad and analsised the current problems and possible development direction in the future in terms of the preparation of microskin, the direction and uniformity of the particles and dressing selection.
