Early treatment of severe burns

Abstract

Abstract:

The treatment of severe burns consists of complex systematic process, which includes anti-shock treatment in early time, maintaining the body smoothly through the acute phase, early burn wound treatment (surgical treatment), maintaining various organ functions, anti-infection, wound coverage, nutritional support treatment, and functional training after wound healing, etc. From a clinical point of view, this article mainly introduces the concept of severe burns, the principles of early anti-shock treatment and hemodynamic monitoring, early wound treatment, ARDS prevention and control, and early nutritional support treatment, for reference.
