糖尿病足引发的慢性难愈性创面是目前社会所面临的重要健康问题之一。目前,糖尿病足有越来越多先进的治疗方案,包括组织工程人工皮肤替代物法、高压氧治疗法、应用负压敷料等,然而,仍缺少十分有效的治疗手段。自体富血小板血浆(PRP)富含血小板、白细胞、生长因子等多种成分,具有促进创面修复,减轻创面疼痛,封闭保护创面,抑制局部细菌生长等特点,在糖尿病足治疗的应用中有确实的疗效。随着PRP技术日趋成熟,PRP可能成为糖尿病足领域最有发展前景的治疗方式之一。

Diabetic foot are chronic refractory wounds that pose a major health burden to society. Numerous advanced treatment options for the management of diabetic foot have been explored, including bioengineered skin substitutes, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and negative pressure dressings. However, the effective therapies are still lacking. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is rich in platelet, white blood cells, growth factors and other components. It has the characteristics of promoting wound repair, reducing wound pain, sealing and protecting wounds and inhibiting local bacterial growth that has a definite effect in the application of diabetic foot therapy. With the gradual maturity of the therapy of PRP, the use of PRP will be the most promising treatment for diabetic foot.
