作为一种抗菌金属,银在人类生活中有着广泛的应用。21世纪以来,在医疗领域,尤其是各类创面治疗中,含银离子敷料的发展日新月异。本文介绍了含银离子敷料的分类并总结了其在治疗糖尿病患者、烧伤患者、恶性肿瘤患者、游离皮片移植患者及下肢溃疡患者的难治性创面中的应用进展,为其在难治性创面治疗中的应用与推广提供参考。

As a kind of antibacterial metal, silver has a wide range of applications in human life. Since the 21st century, the use of dressings contain silver ion has made great progress in the medical field, especially in the treatment of various wounds. This paper introduces the classification of dressings contain silver ion and summarizes its application progress in treating refractory wounds in patients with diabetes, burns, malignant tumor, free skin graft and lower limb ulcer to provide reference for the application in the treatment of various refractory wounds.
