Abstract:

Wound is a common surgical disease characterized by skin defect or functional limitation. Infections, foreign bodies, local blood circulation disturbances and certain underlying diseases will not only affect the healing of wounds, but will also continue to develop and even cause a series of complications like systemic skin infections, metabolic disorders, peri-wound vascular sclerosis, peripheral nerve injury and limb dysfunction. The problem of wound healing has always been the most challenging problems faced by the burns and plastic surgery department. This article describes the research progress on the roles and the mechanisms of related inflammatory factors, growth factors, immune cells and related signal pathways in wound repair at home and abroad, and aims to provide reliable theoretical basis and new ideas for basic and clinical research on promoting wound healing.
